Telesales/Recruitment/Resourcing Consultants (Phuket)

compensation: $1000 Base + Uncapped Commissions ($92k+ a year OTE)

Do you have experience in sales and are you looking to stay in Phuket long term? (3-12+ months)

We are seeking experienced sales consultants (outbound telesales, door to door, face to face, b2b, recruitment, candidate resourcing, headhunting etc.) to work as offshore recruitment consultants to Australian clients, with the possibility or expanding markets to your home country if your experience is right.

You will be working as a contractor from our luxurious Phuket "training" Villa where you will be provided with free lunches, daily fresh fruit, a pool for lunch time swims and very much a work hard play hard environment. You will be provided with training to get your started as well as database and jobsboard access. You will also have a research support team available for larger projects.

These are very sales focused roles and as such you will be paid a monthly retainer of $1000 AUD with an excellent commission structure where top performers can earn in excess of $10,000 AUD a month - leading to a very nice lifestyle on Sunny Phuket Island!
