Former Pattaya Pub Security Guard found with M16 Ammunition and Police Uniform

PATTAYA:--In the early hours of Tuesday a 19 year old former Pub Security Guard was stopped in his pick-up after he was found in Jomtien playing loud music which was causing a disturbance to others.

Police detained Khun Tana and conducted a search of his Isuzu Pick-up and found 23 rounds of ammunition for an M16 Assault Rifle, A bullet proof jacket, Handcuffs, a Gun holster and a Police ID pouch.

Khun Tana claimed that he used the items when he worked as a Guard

Our law and order is getting serious under good and long overdue leadership. The tail has been wagging the dog for too long. Most of these kids didn't realise that the enforcement of laws was something that may one day happen. It seems as though the police are now acting like police should, and this is only early days. There will be a time in the not too distant future when lazy, corrupt, and despondant police within thailands forces shall be cast off into the wilderness.
