I have been getting problems with my credit card.The bank tells me to reset my pin number at an ATM.

It tells me to insert the card at a VIsa ATM...type in my password...select 'Balance'

This is supposed to authorise the card again.

BUT,, on the Bangkok Bank ATM's there is no 'Balance' selection displayed,so I am unable to reset the pin no.

So...any suggestions?

Is it a BKK Bank card?

IIRC BKK Bank machines have 'enquiry' instead of 'balance', you then get the option of which account to check.

"I don't want to know why you can't. I want to know how you can!"

And in some cases you can only reset a PIN in the card-issuing bank's network of ATM; not another bank's network of ATM.
