Isn't it the same as Dettol, which you can buy almost everywhere?

Very much so but Deetol has phenol and Lysol cresol which is slightly less acidic and more suitable for getting rid of fungal infections on animals.

Too harsh for 20 minute soak, and more an anti-bacterial than fungicide. Llysol ( or Deetol) can be diluted to just right...
