Touristic visa

Featured Replies

Hello.

I've got 2-entry touristic visa(on 6 months).I live on Phuket and can't stay here more than 2 months after the second entry. I would like to ask if is possible to ask for re-entry permit on this type of visa and stay longer. If yes where?

Or what options I've got if I want to stay here little bit longer?

Thank you very much.

A re-entry permit wouldn't extend your stay, but before the 60 day period of stay expires, you could apply for a 30 day extension, 1900 Baht.

For each entry you can stay 90 days, that is 60 plus 30 days with extension at immigration. You can also get a further, last extension of 7 days.

Nothing more after that and you will have to leave country and come back with a new visa

It dont mind that I am already here for so long? 2 months on every entry? Is it possible to obtain it on Phuket? Those 30 days start when I ask for extension?

Edit: I need for extension flight ticket to show?

And no problem to gain it with this new goverment laws?

You can obtain at any Immigration office. 30 days start at the end of 60 days. You do not need to show anything, there is no new law, nothing has changed.
