A Shower Head with "Water Sense" Technology......

Anyone seen something like this in CM? If so, who makes it? I've seen Kohler Thailand advertising lot, but they seem to have a lot of those rain maker type showers. What I am looking for is one that is gear driven, and oxygenates each droplet of water, so it feels like you are using a lot more water. Typical, the water saving heads, just use a restricting device, and don't really give a good shower (unless you remove the restrictor). Going to Home Pro, tomorrow, but if anyone has any specific information, I would appreciate it. I was using Delta in the US, and they may not even do business here.
