What is the current situation regarding a Multiple entry Non Imm O from Savannakhet, what documents do I need (I'm married to a Thai with a son), do they issue multiple Non Imm O's from Vientiane?

Vientiane does not do them.

At Savannakhet you will need your marriage certificate (plus a copy), signed and dated copies of your wife's house book and ID card. They do not ask for financial proof.

At this time they are doing visas on the same day that you apply. Pickup at 3 pm.

Thanks Joe, we married in Europe but we registered the marriage at the local Amphur a few years back so is that document ok? I forget the correct name of the document we received at the Amphur but it was accepted by Thai immigration many times before. Thanks, Paddy

The visa costs 5000 baht. You will have to fill the form out when you get there. You will need two photos for it.
