Featured Replies

I have just learnt that the requirement for this visa is now is,

you have to be 65 yo or married to a Thai national.

this I have seen on uk immigration sites.

does this apply to other countries, such as Australia.

Please email me [email protected]

It is only in the UK. No where else.

thanks for your reply, why is it only uk.

why different rules for same visa

I just checked the Canadian site and the age is only 50. Are you certain of that information? Hopefully those winds of change don't blow across to my side of the Atlantic.

yes I am sure. if I new how to attach what I have I would, lol...its from imm Liverpool.

also states that after 90days must leave Thailand for 48hrs.

as mentioned in a reply earlier it must be only in the UK.

THANKS GUYS.

The 48 hours is wrong for UK also. You don't have to stay outside 48 hours if you are from UK

Is it true that they are now not releasing non Imm O with multiple entry but just a single one? (for then ask for the extension at the immigration)

thanks for your reply, why is it only uk.

You would have to ask the embassy in London that question. I think it is a move to get those under 65 to get either OA visas or extensions.

Those over 65 also have to prove they are getting a government pension.
