nabbie
Hi, my Thai wife & I feel a heavy burden for using a company even we do not have the business - just for our house reason. Now we decide to try figure out how to dissolve our current company and the house deeds should be transferred from company to either my Thai wife or my Thai daughter aged 7. The question is: Is that possible? If yes, where do we start from? Phuket Provincial Business Development Office or Land office? Which documents do we need to provide? Am I correct if using daughter's name, she can not sell until she must be at age of 20? I would not like the idea of using any expensive legal service due to our family budget limit. Appreciate any responses in advance.
PattayaPhom
Transfer fees/taxes will be 6.3% . Your lawyer will disolve the company after you have transferred the property at the land offce.
