Experienced Sales Person For Hire

Featured Replies

Hi,

I'm a salesperson with 3 years of experience in the Real Estate field. I'm currently based in Singapore under local employment and am holding a valid Real Estate Agent license for the leasing, sale or buying and management of properties be it commercial or residential.

I hold the role of a team leader in my company where i manage a small group of agents (5) during their day to day running. My duties including the overseeing of all company expenses allocated to the agents, dealing with compensation if the agent has paid with his own monies regarding company purchases etc etc.

I'm fluent in English and Chinese due to the dual language system of Singapore's educational system. I am welcome to skype interviews if any potential employers have any worries regarding accent or sentence structure.

I have no preference for jobs as of now but i would like a salary of above $35,000 TBHT, employment in bangkok only and assistance with acquiring a work permit and visa.

Regards,

Terence Foo

PS. I can provide my CV upon request with letters of recommendations from my previous employment and references.
