soitgoes769
Has anyone had any experience shipping large things within Thailand? I'm relocating for work and I want to take a few large things with me, if possible, such as my motorbike, fridge, microwave and my extremely comfortable mattress. Or should I try to sell the stuff first? I really hate to part with the mattress :)
CharlieH
Use the Post Office, great service and good prices.
daveAustin
Bung em on the back of a pickup... Budget will let you do a one way from CM-Bkk. Could be a bit tight with the mattress though I guess. Standard plastic pig/scooter would be about 1500 by post, or you could pay Nam Si Sen (?) 20k + for the lot. Thanyaburi Mac
Ask your friendly guys at the local motorcycle queue about a "lot lap chang" for a pickup. Two days for the round trip might be about baht 3,000, plus diesel. Mac

Thanyaburi Mac
Sorry, "lot lap chang" is a pickup (or other truck) who is looking for paid work, by the hour, day, trip, whatever you negotiate. I've used such a number of times. If you don't have a motorcycle queue, perhaps ask the passenger song taeos that are winging around town.
