Hello everybody,

 

in the past 2 days I read a lot but I could not find an answer for myself. Maybe because my english ist not the best :)

 

Here is my situation:

 

for the last 3 years I went to Thailand 2 months in the summer and 3 months in the winter. When not in Thailand I am working in Germany.

 

Everytime I got a single entry Tourist Visa in the Thai Embassy Berlin. Every winter I got an 30 days extension at the Immigration Office.

 

So between every holiday in Thailand I spend 3 or 4 months in Germany.

 

I read that if you don't spend more then 90 days in 1/2 year in Thailand you will not get a Problem.

 

I don't have land, house, car or business in Thailand.

 

So my question would be: Does anybody know if this ist still OK or if I can have a problem in the future?

No problem at all.

I would think that your profile fits that of an ideal tourist.

Therefore I doubt you will have a problem  - just my feeling though. Enjoy your holidays!
