Gecko123
ม่วน- can't find word spelled like this or close to this which makes meaning clear. Either non-standard spelling or.... ยุ is the verb to urge on, incite (suspected mis-spelling again) จ้า likely mis-spelling of จ้ะ which is at end of sentences when speaking to intimates. พี่ต้อย - means an older person named Toi. Not much to go on here.

bannork
ม่วนยุจ้าพี่ต้อย young people's spelling is riddles with typos and errors, deliberate or not it takes some guessing at times to work out the meaning. Here I'd say 'having fun Pi Doi'

midzo
According to wikipedia, Issan and Lanna (northern) Thai are not dialects. They are separate, although related, languages.

Having fun - present continuous tense It can be both past and present continous tense. In this context, I am sure it is past tense such as "ไปเที่ยวมาเป็นอย่างไรบ้าง?" "ม่วน(สนุก)ยุ(อยู่)พี่ต้อย" and the present continous tense such as "ทำอะไรอยู่ตอนนี้?" "(กำลัง)ม่วน(สนุก)(with something)ยุ(อยู่)พี่ต้อย"
