I changed from my old phone to the Samsung Note 2 from my wife.

Flashed some new Rom on it.

Put in my SIM card.

 

Got an SMS to press 1800 to get MMS and Internet settings saved on my phone.

Didn't know where to press 1800

 

but by magic I have no an app "Dtac Services" Which has the settings "Internet Setting: Turn-on, Turn-off".

Obviously I pressed "Turn-On".

Got "You've activated internet &MMS already. Thank you"

 

But it does not show the "Mobile Data" icon on top of the screen and I have no internet.

 

Wife used it before with true.

I use the SIM before in the old phone with dtac.

 

 

You need the DTAC APN settings. http://www.dtac.co.th/en/business/trinet/setting-internet-mms.html

1800 goes into the dialler as if making a call.

That all did not work, but the manual setting video on your link did the trick.....
