Falcon Posted August 8, 2014 Share Posted August 8, 2014 Yes, they will offer you a simple exchange whilst giving you the replacement of the same type of phone but you will need to pay 8,000 baht to exchange it. The 'new' phone won't actually be a new phone, it will be a refurbished/quality checked phone. Honestly, you might as well buy another one that do this and just go to a phone dealer who can replace the damaged parts on your current phone.
