Leaving on Non B, spending 1 month in Vietnam, returning on Tourist?

Featured Replies

My Non B visa is up for a 90 day review soon, but I'm no longer working, so I was going to head over to Vietnam for a month to travel, then re enter Thailand by air on a tourist visa.

Do you think I'll have any problems? I only have one previous tourist visa in my passport.

Thanks x

You will have no problem entering on a tourist visa unless you still have a valid re-entry permit in your passport.

No, you should not have any problems.

If you are going to work in Thailand again on reentry it would probably pay to get a double entry tourist visa in Vietnam.

Also your non B is it a multi entry visa or an extension of stay. What do you mean by "review "?

This year , i have been in Thailand without visa  and got a 30 days tourist visa . Flying to Philippines for 3 weeks and going back to Phuket later ..They give me one more 30 days tourist visa ....

You will get a 30 day visa exempt entry not a tourist visa.

A tourist visa can only be obtained at an embassy or consulate.and give a 60 day entry.
