Does anyone know if I can get an investment visa buying flats in the resale market or from developer directly? Also it must be in 1 condo or could be different flats in different towns f.ex in Bangkok + Hua Hin etc? Thank you in advance!

Different condos is possible, can be from developer directly.

I don't think the government sales condos. Some say you need to buy a new condo, but there is nothing in the rules to support that view.
