Writs against five parties submitted to Constitution Court

The Office of the Attorney General (OAG) Thursday submitted five writs against five political parties to the Constitution Court, charging them with breaching Political Parties Act.

The OAG separately submitted the writs against the Thai Rak Thai, Democrat, Thai Ground, Pattana Chartthai and Progressive Democratic to the Office of the Constitution Court.

The court secretary, Paibool Warahapaitoon, said the court would consider whether to proceed with the case on July 13.
