laolover88
My Non O Visa states "Employment Prohibited"My Wife's UK visa states "No Work or Recourse to Public Funds"I know there are various categories of Occupations that "Aliens" (Love That Word) cannot undertake in ThailandBut is Self-Employment, Employment?Does "No work" mean you can't lift a finger or does it really mean the same as "No Employment"?If I volunteer to help in a school, with no contract and for no remuneration..is that employment, or work? laolover88
So then I was thinking I should contact HMRC in the UK to declare this Income. If I was paid in Mangoes, should I paytax in Mangoes or does HMRC have some subtle formula for translating the value of Mangoes in Thailand on a Wednesday in August into GBP?
