I have a tourist visa 60 days is extend with 30 days.

Is it possible to change tourist visa into non-immigration O

It would depend upon the type of association.

If possible it could only be done in Bangkok.

If it is a business, it might not be possible as you do not qualify for a 1 year extension of stay simply because a new association will not have the required tax-papers.
