Looking at the Singapore Thai embassy details, they are asking for a teachers licence as well as police criminal check record? This is confusing me as i was under the impression you need a non b before you apply for the teachers license? Has anyone done their non b in singapore? I'm thinking it may be easier for him to go to Laos as we have sent two teachers there recently with school paperwork and they have had no problems and have not been asked for a criminal record check or teachers licence.
