HI,

I"m just curious how far in advance can I extend my visa?  My school usually waits until the day before it expires.  This year I would like to be traveling during that period.  Is it possible to extend 14 days in advance?   Thanks for any information you may have.

 

 

I was told by immigration that they will accept an application for extension up to 30 days before expiration, but not longer than 30 days.

You can apply for an extension up to 30 days or at some offices 45 days early.
