My friend here on Tao has had an anal fistula for several years but it has caused him no real problems. Just lately it has become inflamed and is causing him a great deal of pain. Being on Koh Tao limits his medical treatment but just wondering which drugs if any will help reduce the pain and the inflammation, a ceertain antibiotic etc or any other tips Cheers all Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
