August 15, 201411 yr My company will become meaningless & useless because I do not run the business and a house property will be transferred from company to individual through land office. In order to dissolve the company, is Phuket Provincial Business Development Office (PPBDO) the right service to deal with? If so, what are the requirements? Accounting/Auditing papers? company letter? What else do I need to provide? And what costs? Always value any positive responses & thanks in advance.
