sometime Posted August 16, 2014 Share Posted August 16, 2014 A Pickup ran into the back of mine yesterday, the driver admitted all liability to the insurance guy, and luckily he was also insured, so no problem there. stevenl Posted August 18, 2014 Share Posted August 18, 2014 You don't claim anything from the other party's insurance, but you claim from the other party. What is covered under his/her policy is of no concern to you, in other words: whether the other party has to pay out of his own pocket or via his insurance (probably the former in the case of renting a car) is not important to you, as long as you get paid.
