He can now be referred to as Casper the not so friendly ghost. Very few care about him anymore. He is a fairly unimportant man. Kind of a desperate soul clinging to the last vestiges of power. His own people will not follow him anymore, as he cannot organize demonstrations, nor buy any votes at the moment. He is like a sick bear in hibernation, thankfully.
