As the topic states what are the requirements for multi and single non o - raising thai visiting/raising thai child at suvarnaket.

 

I know Vientiane requires only  child's birth certificate, affidavit for a single. I should add that i am not married but child lives primarily with me.

 

thinking of trying suvarnaket, wondering if it is worth the effort

Savankhet will also only issue a single non-O.

If you want a multiple entry non-o or an extension of stay you will need to have your parenthood legitimized.

bugger, thanks, the legitimization process is simple, though as the child has live with me for 7 years without it, seems another hassle. thx

If your child is 7 or older it can be done at the Amphoe which makes it much easier because you do not need to go through a court.
