elsewheresoon
Was wondering if anyone knows if it is possible to offer free work to a company in exchange for WP and non B + extension. For example I am prepared to offer 2 hours free work a day (5 days a week) (mainly sales, customer support, web design or SEO) in exchange for business visa and WP (the company would only have to pay the taxes on the 'salary' - is this a done thing? CiaranO
I would doubt it - and who pays the taxes on the salary? So basically you are asking a company to forge papers for you?
elsewheresoon
No, it would be genuine work but done for free.
PoorSucker
You must warn the minimum wage stipulated for your county to get an extension based on employment. For Europeans, Americans and Australians it's 50.000 baht/month

PoorSucker
The company must also capitalize 2 million baht and employ 4 Thais.
