HI All , Last October I applied for and got another O visa ,I had 16000 k in my UK bank account. I came back to the UK in May ,dad was ill .I plan to return to Thailand next month ,my O visa expires 1st Oct.2014. Will I have any problems when I enter at BKK airport?.Will get 90 days? Can I apply for a extension ,via retirement I am 60 ,and have the funds for the extension .I have been with my GF for 5 years so i may think about extension ,via marriage,thanks in advance .

with a multiple entry non o visa you will get 90 days anytime you enter thailand on or before the 'enter before date' as stated on the visa. best to not leave it to the last day though because if there are flight delays and you arrive after the 'enter before date' you will not have a valid visa.

you can then get an extension of stay during the last 30 days of your 90 days, some immigration offices will do so with up to 45 days remaining on your 90 days, in either case with the appropriate documentation.
