Has anyone found any detailed information about just what is likely to change. I understand that this will apply to only a few professions.

Wondering is this not supposed to be bilateral so if one country decided to let in a certain profession would the others not all have to do the same?

Also is this planned to happen after December 2015 or are there likely to be changes before then?
