I do have a dozen of properties across Phuket, all of them rented and yielding a monthly earning (passive earning) near 100 000 bht. Can I use that passive earning to get a Retirement Visa, and then the yearly authorization of stay? Genuine question, I do currently work (WP, and authorization of stay) in Thailand (in fact since 2002), but I am thinking about the near future.
