US Ambassador Kenney gets dousing before ban

Featured Replies

I notice the Catholics have banned it because they don't like the fact that the ALS charity supports Stem Cell research.

Ironic considering how many kids for whose abuse and murder they are responsible.

Jesus Christ, cant some of you let up even for a moment. The woman was actually trying to do a good thing raising money for charity. Maybe some of you might be better canceling your Internet subscription, donate the money to charity and then quietly stew in your own cynicism

Source.

The only one who can speak for all the Catholic church is the Pope.

Many claim to but many claim handling poisonous snakes is a religious ceremony.

Unfortunately this seems to have been taken over by some as a publicity stunt / photo op and the original good intent could be lost.

The original intent was ... and still is ... to raise money for charity. And it going viral has raised millions of dollars. So stop seeing a problem where there isn't one.

Good thing they banned it before John Kerry had to get dowsed. He is ugly enough imagine how bad he would look with that hair dowsed.

He looks like a car saleman I would not trust !!

Just on a side.....is it true that John Kerry is actually Burt from Sesame Street??

"The former prime minister poured iced water onto himself at the Thai Red Cross Society at 2pm yesterday, and Krungsri Consumer will in turn donate Bt500,000 to the society"

So if you accept the challenge the person who nominated you makes a contribution to the charity?

Yes,obvious
