90 days receipt lost....

Featured Replies

Hi All,

My 90 days receipt lost(my negligence), this Wednesday I will update my visa to Loas, is there any penalty that I need to pay? is the immigration serious in this 90days receipt? Is the immigration have the record to their system?Appreciate your advice.

In some cases they want a police report that you lost it (depending on the office), but there is no fine for losing it.

It is recorded in the immigration database, so should be no problem.

If you leave to Laos within the 90 day period, you would simply fill in a new form 90 days after your return.

If they cannot find your last report in their computer or by pulling out the reports done on the date you did your last report you will have to pay a 2000 baht fine.

Thank you for your advise. I hope that immigration is consistent in updating their database. smile.png
