francois Posted March 14, 2004 Share Posted March 14, 2004 a real nasty new one ... update as usual here is the alert : Bagle. N a virus is which propagates by email and via the shared files. He(It) appears under the shape of a message among which the security(title) and the body are Random, accompanied with an attached file with an extension in .EXE.PIF, .ZIP or .RAR (21 in 22 Kb) so possibly as from an image to the format .BMP.GIF or .JPG. If the attached file is run, the virus sends in present addresses in the Windows address book as well as different other files of the hard disk, try to deactivate a big number of antiviruses, personal firewalls and the other software of security, install a door stolen, then tent to propagate via KaZaA and files put in sharing. just another one francois Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
