Can you please be so kind to advise or offer a big house for rent probably far from city centre.

I'm looking for a 3-4 bedroom standalone house around 30-40k THB.

I've seen 1 or 2 offers for re-rent which were ok but decided to LF other options here.

Fine Internet is a must sure thing. Optional pool, cleaning, etc.

Any ideas?

Can you be a bit more specific as to location? North of town, the dark side, south of town towards Bang Saray? How far out???

There are dozens of villages on the dark side.

No big difference.

I currently reside in town-house in a so-called Dark Side and its ok for me but want a bigger standalone house.

Maybe up to 15-20km radius would suit me fine.
