steady Posted August 27, 2014 Share Posted August 27, 2014 Yes, they are liable for overseas fees. The criteria for these fees is not nationality it's residence. If you have stayed in one of the home countries in the UK for more than 4 years (I think) then you are classed as a home student. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
