Legal advise? Are you giving or getting the full info?

Featured Replies

We all know that solicitors are only there to give advise or have their best interest at heart.

I see on a daily bases that the legal service for information only pretests themselves and the police of Thailand. Some of their information isn't to protect you and your rights in common law...! they only give advise in a such a way as to protect themselves and the local police officer not a constable.

Please if someone want's good information and want's to know their rights, give them the full understanding info and how best to protect against law and abuse from the powers of the corporate companies like the police who love taking on spot finds....... (not the local constable who is there to uphold the law and keep the peace and protect the public).

All I am asking is the law firms to do their duty under the black book of law.

how much she get your for ?...rolleyes.gif

I keep forgetting to sign up for my Sandmanese course at the local language school, hence I had to ask the question how she had got the OP for, as I didnt have a clue what he was on about...

Op there is no such thing as organistions overlooking the ethic and moral behavior of the police force or lawyers or even doctors in Thailand rules like in the the west do not apply in Thailand.

For lawyers there is the Lawyers Council and they can revoke the license of a lawyer if they don't follow their ethical code of conduct or other cases of misbehavior.

Any lawyers left ?

Just think of the Thai Police like a 70's Cop TV show where they can kick your ass, consort with drug dealers to get confessions and all sorts of other stuff.

Something like Starsky and Hutch.

You've been watching too much Law and Order.

Yep I had a policeman (business man) stop me yesterday said paid a Cop Shop 500 bht or pay me now 409 bht I gave him 300 bht he said Ok.if he stops 50 people a day you do the math
