So tonight,, like nearly every night,,, I'm headed home with my girl,,, She waitresses at a popular Sukhumvit resturant,,, I play pool till she's off work,,, She's driving us home on our scooter on Sukhumvit,, (I was drinking),,, we stop at red light at Thong Lo intersection,, She stops, BEHIND the cross-walk line,, while 6-7 others, half without helmets,,, (Thais)... pull up PAST the line,, que up at the red light,, several pause, then RUN the red,, all within perfect view of 2 of BKK's, "finest" BIB,,, 1 BIB, waves us over with his flashlight,,, SO we pull up/over,,,, typical, asking for ID's, search of pockets for drugs, which I INSIST prior,, he show me his hands,, (empty),,, so of course,,, only wallet, mobile,,,, He then searches her purse,,, again,, I ask to see his hands,, He balks,, shows them,, searches,,, again, NOTHING,,, then he proceeds to ask her,, "Why you with Farlang man?",, I pipe up and say,,, "because her Thai man, make her pregnant, then leave her ALONE with baby, with NOTHING!,, I take care of her, AND, "my" baby is why",,, He pretty much tells me to shut up, "I talk with her, not you",,, So she answers,, without hesitations,,, "Because my Thai man, give me baby, throw BOTH me and his baby away, leave us with NOTHING, go with another girl, My Farlang MAN, take good care of me, AND my THAI baby, like she is his OWN, THAT'S WHY!",,,, the look on his face was, PRICELESS!!!!!!!,,,, He turns around, walks away,,,, we drive off,,, LOLOLOLOL

Cop steps off the footpath blowing his whistle. Guess who he harangued?

Nope, you're all wrong. He waved at me gently with a smile to back up a bit, and told the tuktuk and the motosy to pull over to the curb.
