Sometime during the month of August, I remember reading a very detailed description of how to fill out the Arrival Card when returning to Thailand with a re-entry stamp on a Retirement extension. Unfortunately, I forgot to print it out and now I cannot find the thread where it was mentioned.

If anyone could provide me with the correct procedure, I would be most grateful.

Simply write the re-entry permit number, where the Visa number belongs. Inspect your passport, and make sure they stamped in the correct permission to stay date.

On the card where it ask for visa number put the re-entry permit number

And on the same line where you write the Re-Entry Permit number, just to the right of it, write "RE-ENTRY PERMIT" just to ensure that the immigration officer notices it.

Redundancy is sometimes helpful.
