ubonjoe Posted September 5, 2014 Share Posted September 5, 2014 You will have to apply for a work permit before you can get the non-b visa, You can apply for the work permit with a tourist visa, After applying you get a letter of approval from the work permit office that you will need to apply for the non--b. Then after you have the non-b they will issue the work permit. ubonjoe Posted September 5, 2014 Share Posted September 5, 2014 You should have your employer try to do the work permit with your retirement extension. Some offices will do it while others will not. If not then you would need to go out for tourist visa or possibly a 30 day visa exempt entry (need to ask work permit office if they will accept it). All labour offices refuse to issue a WP without Non-B or extension based on Thai family. You must apply for it first, then get a proper visa and then they will issue it.
