third party property damage insurance for scooter

Featured Replies

hi there,

i have drive a scooter here in Bangkok and my current compulsory insurance only covers me for third party personal insurance, but i would like to insure against third party property damage in case i hit a mercedes!

any suggestions?

thanks so much...

That's why the compulsory insurance

Third class insurance: Covers the life of the driver, costs of injury to the driver and passenger, and third party property damage and liability.

Your OK to hit a Merc but I sure hope you never hit anything.biggrin.png

You can do asiainsurance moto3plus for 1,700 Baht. I did it for my scooters.

Of course this is just a very basic cover. You should have accident insurance for your own medical expenses then.
