My girlfriends mother has just gone into hospital. She needs to send some money to help as soon as possible.

Does anyone have ideas on how best to do this? She's not so concerned about money transfer costs. Just wants to get the money there as soon as possible. She has a bank account in the PI and parents have banking card access to that. However I am thinking money transfer would be quicker but not sure where to go.

We're located close to Asok right now so if anyone knows some place in that area it would be even better.
