96tehtarp Posted September 9, 2014 Share Posted September 9, 2014 Hi, I'm on 3BB using google DNS (8.8.8.8) and I've been getting random redirects from all sorts of websites all day. None of these websites are pornography related or political in any way shape or form. Before I try to figure out what's going on I'd like to check if anyone else is having this happen too? 96tehtarp Posted September 9, 2014 Author Share Posted September 9, 2014 It's intermittent. I can't give specific examples as if I cache my browser and retry it works. Last one was a few moments ago. It should have been a standard 404 "Page not found"... was redirected. Very strange, and not news, politics, gambling, drugs, or porn. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
RichCor Posted September 9, 2014 Share Posted September 9, 2014 I'm on an TOT FTTx fiber connection here, and don't use google's DNS servers as they turn out to be a bit slow for me. Haven't had any 403, 404, or redirects except for the Daily Mail links in my news feeds. Very strange. But then again I imagine you being a rebel, and I'm told these sort of things happen to rebels intermittently.
