Hi-Lo Gambling Ring Busted In Pattaya Apartment

PATTAYA – September 9, 2014 [Pattaya Daily News]; during the night Pol.Lt.Col.Chitdecha Songhong-deputy inspector- had led a team to inspect a room in an apartment block in Central Pattaya. The officers caught 16 gamblers which consisted of 9 males and 7 females who were playing Hi –Lo which is a gambling game.

Pol.Lt.Col.Chitdecha revealed that the police officers found out that there had been an illegal casino in the apartment for a long time therefore the officers had planned to arrest them. However the arrest was quite difficult because the apartment had a key card door and the officers had to wait for someone to open the door. Later the police raided the room and arrested all the gamblers and seized all the gambling equipment.
