Ha!, ha!, ha! to previous "helpful" respondents! OP has a decent question.

First, of course, what kind of boat? Canoes and kayaks are very different from other watercraft. You can put them in in many places. Larger? Not sure about that except to say that most commercial docks (really tourist boat launch sites) probably wouldn't mind at all to help you. Go chat with them. For starters, just take one of the tourist launches to scope out the bank.

The only boat ramp I know of in the area is out at Doi Saket.GPS 18.929429, 99.12767 (MAE KUANG RESERVOIR EAST)
