thairastawoman
Hello, I ate La Baguette croissant and chocolate bread and they are exactly as the ones I ate in Paris. I think it's the first time that I ate so good croissants in Thailand as it seems that nobody knows how to make them exactly as in France. Do you agree ? Who can compete with La Baguette ? Maybe other shops that I do not know ? I bought their bakery at supermarket, do you know if they have their own shop also ? Thank you.

khunjamesjohnson
When I'm in Paris, I like to get up early and grab a couple fresh croissants. LaBaquette makes them just like they do in France. Well known for the decadent almond croissants too. Located in Naklua at the Woodlands Hotel and now in Jomtien, on the hill next to the courthouse. EddieHaskel
Thank you for the LaBaguette recommendation. They are good, just like a nice French Bakery in Paris. 50 Baht a piece. They are quite large and almost cover a dinner plate. Any other places in Pattaya that have great croissants?
ThaiBob
Au Bon Pain makes good croissants.
EddieHaskel
The OP was asking about the best croissants. Can anyone beat La Baquette? Au Bon Pain makes what I would call a 'shopping mall' croissant. Not bad but more than a few notches down from great or best. The only other place in Thailand I have had 'great' is the Novotel Hotel in Bangkok. Makes a comparable croissant to La Baquette.
