Non Imm Visa 12mth Extension

can anyone advise me of the average cost for this as far as the accounatnt / lawyer goes? I understand that there will be the usual "standard" govt fee's for the wp permit side of things but am looking for a price for the "rest"

Have been quoted 12,000 and was wondering if this was fair or not?

Our professional fee is 6,500 Baht, for the extension of stay based on business. Any renewal after the one year expires is 3,900 Baht.
