สำหรับผู้ที่จะไปทำธุรกิจ/ติดต่อธุรกิจ/ทำงานในบริษัทเอกชน

เอกสารที่ต้องยื่นประกอบการยื่นขอวีซ่า ได้แก่
1. แบบรับรองการจ้าง (ตามแบบฟอร์มของกรมการจัดหางาน กระทรวงแรงงาน) ดาวน์โหลดแบบฟอร์ม
2. สัญญาจ้าง (หากไม่มีให้ชี้แจง)
3. สำเนาใบอนุญาตทำงาน และรายการภาษีของคนต่างด้าว (หากเคยทำงานในประเทศไทย)
หรือ
หนังสืออนุญาตให้ทำงานได้จากกรมการจัดหางาน/สำนักงานจัดหางานจังหวัด
(ในกรณีที่ผู้ว่าจ้างยื่นขอรับใบอนุญาตทำงานแทน)
4. หลักฐานเกี่ยวกับ ผู้ประกอบการ / บริษัท ผู้ว่าจ้าง ได้แก่
- หนังสือรับรองการจดทะเบียนนิติบุคคล ในสำคัญแสดงการจดทะเบียน หรือห้างหุ้นส่วนจำกัด
- บัญชีรายชื่อผู้ถือหุ้น
- หนังสือบริคณฑ์สนธิ หรือ ข้อบังคับบริษัท

However, if you look at the English version of the website, the requirements seem to be listed in a different order?

Documents required are :
1. Recommendation letter from the employer addressed to the Embassy (stating about the employment and visa
application) and be accompanied with the certified copy of the ID of the endorser(s)
2. Employment contract
3. Form of the Employment Certification (Download Here)
4. Approval Letter from the Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare of Thailand or Copy of the current work permit
5. Copy of corporate documents, namely;
- company registration certificate
- list of company shareholders
- memorandum of company’s regulation
- latest income tax statement
- latest registration of value added tax
- the name list of current foreign employees

Could someone please confirm which requirement is which in the Thai version? I do believe that #5 in the English version is #4 in the Thai version. Would just like to double check that everything else is in order. If someone who can read Thai can translate, that would be great! Thank you ever so much.

The order of the requirements is different between the Thai and English version.

They are the same requirements. Just go by the English version and you will not have a problem.
