NedKelly
I am not a computer wizard so Iamlooking for a bit of advice re taking my laptop back to Australia. I got it in Bangkok - Compaq 2500 - and just wanting to know about the situation re power supply. Is it just a case of buying a new lead or would I have a problem with the different output levels between here and Australia. ? Any advice would be handy for this elctronics genius ! bapak
Just wander into any Dick Smith store in Oz and buy a notebook power supply lead. And use it in place of the power supply lead you use in Thailand. Cost a couple of dollars. See it at: http://www.dse.com.au/cgi-bin/dse.storefro...duct/View/W1360 Cheers, Bapak
