I have been working as a cnc machinist for 20 years and am now looking to get into offshore work, I'm currently working for national oilwell varco in the netherlands but I am interested in work in SE Asia.

Any advice will be greatly appreciated

So what are you intending to do offshore ? Not much call for CNC guys offshore BTW this a a serious question not a piss take

Yes its a serious question I currently work for NOV in the netherlands I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction as to what courses I'd need to gain!

But once again same question, what is it you are looking at doing offshore ? You must have some idea of what job you are thinking about, you will not get any decent advice by just saying you want to work offshore
